Current Residents:
To avoid getting charged for pre-existing damages to your home, we ask that you fill out and return the Inspection Checklist to Stonehouse Rentals within 7 days of moving in to your new home. We will not accept checklists that a post-marked later than 7 days after your move-in date.
Prospective Residents:
Interested in becoming a Stonehouse resident? After viewing one of our available units, please fill out our application (each prospective resident should fill out an application) and return it to Stonehouse Rentals.

Residents in single family homes are responsible for keeping the lawn mowed. Let us know if you need assistance locating lawn service.
